SHIPPING
Domestic (United States)
Free shipping on orders $250 and over.
Orders under $250 ship at a flat rate of $12.
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Local to Austin? We offer free same-day local delivery on orders placed before 2pm CT for Austin zip codes. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered by 11am the next day.
All domestic orders ship via UPS or USPS with full tracking. Expedited shipping is available at checkout; please note that expedited orders must be placed before 3pm CT Monday–Friday for same-day processing.
Rocha is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows no update for 5 or more business days, contact us and we'll open a claim on your behalf.
International
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please allow 5–12 business days for international delivery.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Rocha is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.
Online Orders
Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
- Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Exchanges and store credit are always welcome — and if you choose store credit, we'll add a small bonus credit as a thank-you.
- To initiate a return, email us at info@rochathestore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
Return shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return label for $10, deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can ship back at your own expense using a tracked carrier — we recommend insuring anything over $200.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt. We do not offer cash refunds on in-store sales.
Condition Requirements
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Free from odor, pet hair, and visible wear
Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Jewelry and accessories
- Collectibles and objects
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Any item noted as Final Sale on the product page
Price Adjustments
We offer one-time price adjustments on full-price items if the price drops within 7 days of your purchase, and the item is still available in your size. Email us to request an adjustment.
Holiday Policy
Gifts purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 10. This applies to full-price items only and is eligible for exchange or store credit (not refund).
A NOTE ON HOW WE THINK ABOUT THIS
Boutique retail is personal. When you shop Rocha — in person or online — you're trusting our curation, and we take that seriously. Our return window is a bit more generous than many of our peers because we'd rather you feel confident buying something you love than hesitate because the window feels too tight. If you ever have a situation that falls outside these guidelines, reach out. We're a small team and we'll do our best to make it right.
