Chan Luu was founded in 1996 by Vietnamese-born designer Chan Luu, beginning as a personal jewelry practice rooted in craftsmanship. What started in her garage evolved into a broader collection encompassing fine jewelry, cashmere, and menswear. Throughout its history, the brand has remained committed to artisan techniques and fair labor practices, efforts that have been recognized by the United Nations.
Since 2021, the brand has been led by CEO and Creative Director Tessa Tran, Chan Luu’s niece and longtime head of design, who continues to evolve the collection while preserving its founding values.
