RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you bring home. If something isn't right, here's how we make it easy.

Online Orders

Full-price items are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • Returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges and store credit are always welcome — and if you choose store credit, we'll add a small bonus credit as a thank-you.
  • To initiate a return, email us at info@rochathestore.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return shipping: We'll provide a prepaid return label for $10, deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can ship back at your own expense using a tracked carrier — we recommend insuring anything over $200.

In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, with original receipt. We do not offer cash refunds on in-store sales.

Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from odor, pet hair, and visible wear

Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Collectibles and objects
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Any item noted as Final Sale on the product page

Price Adjustments

We offer one-time price adjustments on full-price items if the price drops within 7 days of your purchase, and the item is still available in your size. Email us to request an adjustment.

Holiday Policy

Gifts purchased between November 15 and December 24 may be returned or exchanged until January 10. This applies to full-price items only and is eligible for exchange or store credit (not refund).
